“Fix” Approved Spaghetti & Turkey Meatballs

I loooooveeeee me some Italian food. And guess what? I’m right in the middle of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. ANNNND guess what else? This fits in my meal plan.

Super easy, super filling!

Turkey Meatballs:

(This makes 6 servings, 5 meatballs each)

  • 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground turkey meat
  • 1 tsp (sea salt) -I left this out
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Lightly coat baking sheet with spray

3. Combine turkey, mustard, paprika, egg, oats, garlic, and tomato sauce into a large bowl. Mix by hand.

4. Roll into 30 one-inch meatballs. Place on baking sheet.

5. Bake 15-20 minutes

(I placed this over one yellow of whole wheat noodles, topped with 1/2 green of tomato sauce & 1/2 blue of mozz cheese)

1 red, 1.5 yellow, 1/2 green, 1/2 blue
